In 2018 we transformed our Head Office into a modern, activated and agile space that supports activity-based working and flexible work arrangements. This allows us to work the way that suits us best.
Our office is structured with spaces dedicated to different tasks. There are couches and spaces to relax, informal and formal collaboration zones and a variety of spaces to do more focused work. Without allocated desks, we can move around our office freely, helping our bodies and our minds.
Our work space has enabled us to be more engaged, work more effectively, and be more dynamic. We’ve learnt to trust each other more to get the job done — even when working remotely. It has facilitated an incredible new phase of unity and purpose.

Our current Community Partner is Two Good Co, a Sydney-based not-for-profit that provides beautiful food and lifestyle products to local domestic violence refugees, and gives them help to restart their lives and careers.
We love that we’re part of restoring worth and giving hope. We encourage our teams to participate in a number of fundraising and volunteering opportunities throughout the year, which people find incredibly rewarding.
We also offer each team member a paid volunteer-for-a-charity day each year.
Currently we do not have a formal internship or grad program, however we are always looking for ways to have great people be part of our team – whether that’s short term or long term. We do offer casual paid work for final year students, which includes access to a range of our employee benefits. We are also currently reviewing how we can provide students with opportunities during university holidays to gain practical experience to support their education.
